Our operator connected conference call service enables you to have each participant contacted by a 3+ operator and connected to your conference call at a pre-arranged time. Once all your participants are connected the operator will leave the conference call creating a totally secure environment.

Alternatively your participants can dial in themselves and be greeted by an operator who will take their contact details and placed into your call.

The operator can, if you wish, manage the conference for you and can perform the following tasks:

• Operator moderation of the conference including participant count, conference start announcement, introduction of speakers etc.
• Mode control - to mute all but the host (presentation mode/interactive mode)
• Remote viewing of our Operations Console to client
• Control line coordination
• Management of Q & A sessions
• Voting
• Digital conference recording - supply of conference recording in either wma, CD or cassette format
• REPLAY Service - separate dial-in number for attendees who could not attend live, to listen in to the meeting later. The system allows the listening party to control the recording from any touch tone telephone in a similar way to accessing a voicemail.
